Well summer finally made it where I live although it was very late in coming and we have had crazy amounts of rain. I’ve cut more grass than I ever thought possible and the farmers’ fields are already abundant with crops.
Speaking of abundance, we all know that customers don’t grow on trees and we see a lot of our own customers that recognize that a good deal of marketing effort needs to take place to keep our businesses abundant. They need the tools to make it happen but just don’t know where to begin.
So, here are a few questions you might want to ask yourself. Are you one of those people that buys a lot of stuff (stuff meaning books, cd’s, marketing tools etc.) and they sit in the box that never gets opened? Or have you recently noticed charges on your credit card and realized that you are paying for a bunch of things that haven’t made you any money because you haven’t taken the time to get started using them? Maybe you’ve gotten started but you are working on your own without staff and just don’t have enough hours in the day to learn it all.
Sales are often the hardest part of our job and with the ever changing marketplace, new technologies and stiff competition, marketing effectively can be confusing, time consuming and expensive if you don’t know what to do or don’t have enough staff to help you do it.
