This is a great addition to our non-alcoholic selection this month! Nothing beats the warmth of a cider on a cold, snowy night!
- 6 cups pasteurized cider
- ½ teaspoon whole cloves
- ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 3 cinnamon sticks
Bring all ingredients to a boil in a 3L (1 quart) sauce pan over med-high heat. Reduce heat to low. Simmer over 10 minutes. Strain mixture to remove cloves and cinnamon. Serve hot. Makes approximately 6 servings.
